You are responsible for your activity on the app and for maintaining the security of your account. Do not use the service for anything illegal, harmful, or disruptive.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not post, share, or promote harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, sexually explicit content, violence, illegal activity, spam, or other abusive or harmful behavior. We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk or harm for other users or the platform.
You keep ownership of your content. By sharing public content — such as posts, events, comments, or reposts — you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content within the app for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the service. This license ends within a reasonable time after the content is deleted from the service, except where the content has been shared by others, retained for legal reasons, or stored in backup systems for a limited period. We do not sell your public content.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Store payments are also subject to the terms of Apple or Google, as applicable.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. When you delete your account, you will lose access immediately, and your profile and personal data will be deleted. Public content may be anonymized instead of deleted where needed to keep conversations, feeds, or other app features functional, and cannot be reclaimed.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these Terms, applicable law, or create risk or harm to other users or the platform.
We provide the app “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We’re not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from its use.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the new version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Megaphone is provided by Valerii Rumak, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine.
